We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is in the carrier’s control.
If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please:

Then contact us — we’ll do our best to help, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Magnetic Products Disclaimer
Our products include strong rubber-coated magnets designed for heavy-duty use. However, please note:

Extreme temperatures (very hot or very cold) during shipping or storage may temporarily affect magnetic performance.

Some aluminum truck beds or coated surfaces may reduce magnetic hold strength. Always test your mounting location before use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or failure to secure the product before vehicle motion.
For best results, apply to a clean, flat steel surface and periodically check magnet grip before driving.
